Step by step guide

To request a review from a client, first, you need to log in to your Somerton account.

Then on a dashboard find a section “Request a review”. As you see, you can request a review from people on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp or write to them via email or SMS.

Your options

Let’s take a look at each option separately.

If you choose Email, you can easily send your client an email with a feedback link and ask for a review. The client then can follow the link and leave you a 5-star review with a comment.

If you choose Twitter, you can post a tweet on your account asking your clients to leave a review for you via the link

On Facebook, you can also share the link to your Somerton profile and a nice photo in your News Feed or story.

Send your request to clients directly via WhatsApp. It will take them only a few seconds to follow the link and drop a few lines.

LinkedIn also offers you to share your link in a separate post or a private message. If your clients are active LinkedIn users, don’t miss this chance.
