Consistency is the key let’s make every session count! With over 8 years of experience in teaching combat sports and 4 years of experience in PT physical fitness I will deliver the best intensity and best technical advice with newest up to date training methods - anywhere in London. I have the latest outdoor equipment for strength and resistance training, 4 types of boxing and kickboxing pads. With my PT and dietitian certificate and knowledge we can improve your food diary for the best results.
My sessions are fully tailored for everyone’s needs and goals. It’s up to you - how far you want to go! If you want to lose weight or just maintain general fitness, maybe you want to compete in fighting sports. We can make it happen.
One session is 50£
For group session up to 4 people it’s 60£.

The Session
My sessions usually consists of 15-30 min padwork, 10-20 min of body weight, resistance and strength exercises 5 - 15 mins of cool down and stretching.
