Hello everyone! My name is Beatrice, some call me Bea! I am a qualified nutrition and health coach with the IINH. I also have completed my level 6 QQI in Nutrition and Health. My passion is with helping people to achieve their goals in a healthy, manageable way, while also learning all the skills and tools they need along the way. I want to help people to understand their body, what it needs and why you feel the way you do. I do not believe one diet suits all but I promise we will find the one for you!
My qualifications are BTEC Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Health coaching and also QQI level 6 in Nutrition and Health. We studied the impact of exercise and nutrition in the daily life's of people
My achievements would be having recently finished my studies, I had to work with 4 individuals as clients. It was challenging as all situations were not straight forward but we worked together, found good outcomes and I made them really happy and helped them to understand.

The first session we have will last between 1hr and 1.5hrs. This is to allow enough time for me to get to know you and to understand your background so that I can provide you with the best help possible. We will speak about your lifestyle, habbits, struggles and your strengths. We will set out a plan that will work for us as a team. We will work together to help you achieve your goals and I will be with you every step of the way. We will go through why we make each choice we do so it is clear and understood and can be taken on board in the future. And most importantly, make it an enjoyable process!
