My coaching is personalised and holistic, it's never 'just' about food. I incorporate multiple areas of well-being into my methods. I use an intuitive eating approach which focuses on learning about your hunger and eating real foods that you want to eat, no fad diets or cutting foods out. I love helping people to get free from diet cycles. I love using my nutritional and coaching knowledge to help empower people to change their behaviours as necessary, resulting in positive overall health outcomes. I hold my coaching sessions on a virtual basis and utilise friendly and effective methods like motivational interviewing. I enjoy connection with a wide variety of people and develop a good rapport whilst working remotely. I offer a wide variety of services for all ages & health backgrounds including food reviews, recipes with shopping lists, fully personalised plans and 121 virtual consultation sessions. I also collaborate with companies in developing workshops and recipes. My clients include people with possible digestive disorders or chronic illnesses, babies who are weaning, and pre- or postnatal families to discuss eating behaviours too. I love using my nutritional knowledge and chef skills to create innovative recipes and plans.Food is a huge part of my life and I love finding new ways to help people, using it as a tool. I also love filming my recipes and explaining Nutritional info, I have featured in vodcasts, YouTube channels and Live broadcasts. I feel privileged that I love my work and can help people, fostering relationships and caring for others and love that you prioritise this too.
