I am a training Nutritionist and Personal Trainer based in Scotland. I love working with my clients to help them learn to nourish their body in a way that makes achieving their goals and feeling good safe, natural and, most importantly sustainable! I hope to also work with clients who suffer from chronic conditions or adrenal complications; as someone who suffers from Fibromyalgia myself, nutrition and fitness was my way out of the most difficult times of pain and fatigue. I aim to help others struggling with similar problems the way I helped myself to improve lives.

I work with clients in a way that adjust and enhances their current lifestyle in a way that suits them and is sustainable. I believe believe the importance of getting the correct balance of macro and micronutrients as well as eating in a way to improve blood pressure, cholesterol and manage weight. I will never be a nutritionist that promotes cutting a huge amount of calories or cutting whole food groups out of your diet (unless working with a keto diet) - I preach balance and listening to your body to find a diet that helps you flourish. I like to encourage my clients to focus their progress and goals on how they feel, improving body composition and track with progress photos, body dimensions and body fat percentage, as opposed to obsessing over a number on the scale that is only a minute part of a much bigger picture.
