Together we can strive to better understand what foods make you feel good and help your body reach its optimum nutrition. Together we can analyse your eating habits and see what your body is craving so that you can eat better to feel better. Well discuss what you eat, what you’d like to eat and what makes you tick, we will also go over how your body feels. Are you tired in the morning or later in the evening, do you struggle with recovery or can’t focus on getting started. Together we can create meal plans to fuel you better. This service is currently offered over zoom, telephone or on a socially distanced walk.
