I can enable you to exercise optimally for this special time of life where hormones can hinder your health goals I support ladies suffering from; • Weight gain • Low energy • Hot flushes, night sweats and poor sleep • Brain fog and low mood • Bloating and digestive problems • Food intolerance • Skin struggles My passion is to help women in their mid-years live a healthier life, filled with energy and fun! I support them with embarrassing symptoms. I use evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle changes, tailored to your unique individual, genetics, metabolism and environment. I identify the root cause in order to re-balance and revitalise you inside and out. You can be confident that I practice inline with the professional bodies ensuring your confidentiality. I'm Marjorie Grice DipION mBANT rCNHC a Registered Nutritional Therapy practitioner. As a member of the professional body The British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) I abide by their ethics. I am also registered with The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, a regulatory body which provides a voluntary register of complementary medicine practitioners in the UK. This means you’re in safe hands as I have completed a rigorous evidence-based course and continue with the required CPD and supervision.
