My name is Michelle and I have been cooking professionally for twenty years. As the Pandemic started to ease and my daughter could start school I found myself with a lot of spare time, I decided to focus this time into achieving a Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Food and Nutrition. I passed the course with distinction and re-focused my skills into giving nutritional advice. After having a child and working in a stressful environment, I understand how it can affect your body and your mind-set, which can make it difficult to stick to healthy eating habits. I believe that a healthy body starts with a healthy mind, so that is where we will start. If you choose to hire me, you will get easy to follow, cost effective recipes based around family life, that don’t compromise on taste or texture. All initial chats are free, you won't be charged until you have completed the food diary and returned it back to me.
