Hi, my name is Monika, I'm a nutrition coach and a passionate cook. In my practice I use science based nutrition, and I do not advocate fad diets. I strongly believe that eating should be enjoyable and that our physical health contributes in a big part to our mental wellbeing. I am open to getting to know your needs, habits, likes and dislikes to help you to come out with a plan that will be specifically tailored for you. I will support you with empathy, by providing evidence-based advice and encouragement. In private life I am a mother of 2 kids, I practice yoga and run regularly.

Prior to our session I will ask you to complete a 1 week food diary and a short health questionnaire. I will take into account your personal circumstances, physical health and goals. I will give you evidence-supported nutritional information and practical advice. We will look at your diet and existing habits and decide together on practical and realistic changes.
