My name is Robert and I'm a NASM certified nutrition coach. I specialise in helping busy people take control of their health whilst repairing their relationship with food and the scale. I've struggled with health and weight myself and have tried every diet under the sun. It took many years to realise dieting isn't necessarily the right solution for many people. I take an evidence based, non diet, approach to my coaching. Looking at your life as it is now and helping to educate you on how you can turn your health around without making any sacrifices, and without overly restricting your intake. Other specialties include healthy weight management and nutrition for sport. I'm currently working on completing a BSc I'm Sport and Fitness which will be used to complete a masters in Nutrition.

Clients will be asked to complete a 3 day food diary before out first session. We will then spend the first session understanding the challenges you are facing right now and what specifically is driving you towards change whilst using the food diary to paint a picture of where some initial changes can be made. We will then work together to plan out the best route forward for you, assign some specific caloric and nutrition goals whilst also making some decisions on non nutritive habits that will help alongside. We will check in regularly to make sure goals are being met and any roadblocks or challenges are dealt with early.
