Hello! I am a qualified and registered Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach. I have lived and worked in Hong Kong, New York, London, and Istanbul. I understand the challenges a busy family (mum to two teenagers!) and work-life present to our health and well-being. I am a passionate cook- cooking mostly healthy but also celebratory foods when the occasion calls for it! I also enjoy keeping fit and regularly practice pilates, yoga, and jogging. My job as a Nutrition and lifestyle coach allows me to combine my two passion for healthy eating and living.

I work with individuals towards identifying and achieving their health goals. I tailor healthy and sustainable lifestyle solutions that are centered around your individual likes and needs to make you feel a better version of yourself. Whether you are a busy executive, mum overloaded with responsibilities, or someone suffering from a mid-life slump - my personalised approach will help you get your mojo back. I work on a package basis - Starter package: 3 x1 hour consultations during a month. Prior to our first Consultation, you fill in a questionnaire and a 3-day food diary. During our first 60 minute session, we will walk through the questionnaire your food diary, talk about your goals, current eating habits, and lifestyle. After our initial meeting, You will receive a personalized Nutrition & Lifestyle plan including a meal plan, recipes, lifestyle changes. for the phase 1. We will meet within a week or 10 days again to check in how you are coping with the changes and fine-tune your personalised Nutrition and Lifestyle plan together. As we work together, you will have unlimited e-mail access to me personally as questions arise. Our 3rd consultation will be 2 weeks after our 2. appointment and we will update your plan again depending on your progress. I take a holistic view in my approach and focus on the following areas: Dietary Analysis, Sleep Management, Exercise & Movement, and Stress management
