I have also worked in MMA, Boxing, cycling and golf again ensuring peak performance within these sports with pro players. I take a holistic approach considering your diet & exercise to maximise both time and the training response to ensure you achieve peak fitness and performance in your sport. Food is critical in all of our life's, you are what you eat rings true as the items you eat are what your body uses to rebuild and repair itself and also to 'fuel' you. Diet and food is a minefield these days, so many myths and false hopes are sold but with a little knowledge and guidance anyone can have the body they dream off, alongside so many other benefits. I offer a 1 hour consultation where we go over your life, likes and needs and together work on what can be achieved. Afterwards I produce tailored documents to ensure you can achieve these goals and follow up sessions can be arranged at a discount, if needed.
