I am the Head of Strength and Conditioning at Pure Sports Medicine, an elite Sports Medicine facility. I pride myself on helping people move freely, without pain, and feeling strong. My role at Pure Sports Medicine allows me to take clients from being injured or in pain, to being in the best shape of their life. I love coaching because I offer people the chance to perform at a level that they didn't think possible. I stand out as a coach I am at the forefront of new, novel and scientific ideas. I also love being around people, and really like to have fun whilst coaching.

I have been using Andy on/off for five years and whatever I’m training for (from a time challenge 10k, IronMan or even just general get fitter/stronger) he manages to get me where I want to be, manages the inevitable injuries and goes well beyond just S&C. Beyond that, and importantly, he’s fun and a pleasure to work with.

Andy is a fantastic strength and conditioning coach. I ended up with an unhappy knee after ramping up my bike miles too quickly. Ever since I have been seeing Andy I have been going from strength to strength, cycling distances that I had never thought I would be capable of. Andy is knowledgable, adaptive and holistic in his approach, going way beyond S&C only. And he is very enjoyable to work with. I still prefer cycling to S&C sessions, but I do look forward to every S&C session with Andy. Superb guy.

Top top coach. Fixed my shoulder and now keeps my 50 year old body in shape. I always have various muscoskeleto issues which he sorts or finds other who will.You won't find a better strength and conditioning coach.

Andy is the best PT!!! I have learnt so much from him and pushed myself more than I previously thought possible. I would recommend him to anyone regardless of their end goal, as he has a diverse wealth of knowledge which he can adapt to any regime. He creates a relaxed and friendly environment, helping to make exercise an enjoyable experience rather than one to be dreaded.
