About Nomadcoach I started my journey in 2012 where I have been putting myself directly in the field, studying, coaching, competing personally all together so almost everything I know I have already experimented on myself first. Currently I am studying Msc Strength and conditioning. I am a dedicated trainer and can always be found within the gym personal training, teaching classes, teaching swimming, martial arts or training myself. I have worked with a wide range of clients. I am competent in strength, endurance, power, weight loss, weight gain/Bulk up, kicking and boxing (sparring), Swimming, Taekwondo, TRX, Flexibility, injury prevention, nutrition advice, movement analysis and correction.
