I'm a former professional sportsman of 15 years who has spent over a decade operating as an elite personal trainer. Working with everyone from Hollywood stars and leading business figures to professional athletes, I'm passionate about helping my clients to be their best through personalised, holistic approaches to fitness, rooted in the principles of elite and technical athletic performance. Considered by many to be one of the countries finest wicketkeepers for over a decade representing Surrey, Middlesex, Worcestershire and the England Lions. Combined with my coaching skills as a wellness coach in the city I'm also perfectly placed to prime and prepare the next generation of wicketkeepers both technically, mentally and physically.

15 years of top professional cricket. Representing the England Lions in the New Zealand test and one day series in 2009, 1 County Championship medals with Surrey 2001, 20/20 domestic Champion 2008, Part of the infamous Stanford series in the West Indies, Middlesex fielding and assistant S&C coach.

The Ben Scott Method combines elite sports and fitness techniques, nutrition and mindset to create highly bespoke training plans that achieve transformative results. He works with his clients to quickly gain a deep understanding of individual motivations, as well as physical, aesthetic or mobility goals, to build bespoke, impactful training and nutrition programmes. His methods are designed to release fat, create lean muscle, cultivate long term inner and outer strength and avoid injury. In partnership with his clients he sets about creating a deep mindset shift when it comes to lifestyle and training, building long lasting habits and programmes for sustained results.
