Qualified Level 2 Gym and Level 3 PT. I am also a Pre/Post Natal Instructor. Currently taking online Zoom classes in Kettlebells/HIIT and Kickboxing. I run (pre COVID) outdoor Mum and Baby fitness classes. I teach at a local council run gym in Group Fitness. I am currently taking 1-2-1 PT outdoors. I am passionate about fitness and in particular getting new mums back to fitness in a safe/controlled way. I have been qualified as a PT/Gym for around 4 years and previous to this I spent 24 years in the British Army leaving in 2016 as a Warrant Officer Class 2. Currently awaiting restrictions to be lifted so I can complete the practical assessment of my Exercise Referral Diploma.

Clients can do 1-2-1 in any format that they choose and feel comfortable doing. It can be online-in a gym-outdoors. They can do it 1-2-1 or with a friend.
