My name is David, I've been a personal trainer and class coach for about 8 years. I became a trainer because I love to help people, especially with their fitness as it unlocks and improves so many areas including peoples mental wellbeing. I think I stand out from the crowd because I believe that 1% of something is better than 100% of nothing and sometimes life gets in the way and that's ok, set aside 10mins for a quick workout or even a 10min walk outdoors just, getting up and doing 1% will still keep you in a positive routine. I want to help you be the best version of yourself and I want you to learn from the experience and eventually, when you feel comfortable enough go solo and only come back when you feel you need it and I can do this 1-1, a max of 1-4 and online.
I'm qualified as a level 2 gym instructor, spin instructor, circuits instructor, gym based boxing instructor, body pump instructor and level 3 personal trainer.
I've helped many people with different needs including overall health increase, muscle gain, weight loss, general fitness, mobility and flexibility, and helping mental health.
