I'm John and I'm am East London based personal trainer who is currently doing a masters degree in Strength and Conditioning at University of East London as part of my fitness journey and trying to survive these various lockdowns (hope 21st June 2021 is the start of a new chapter in that sense!) I try to make my sessions as functional but also putting the fun in function as possible, given that my fitness brand is known as Fit For Function. I think fitness is at its best when people are enjoying their sessions and are equally challenged. Listening to people, understanding their needs and being able to adapt the sessions according to their needs is a crucial part of helping them achieving their goals. In terms of what makes me stand out is that I offer more than just personal training sessions. I also offer boxing and padwork training at discounted prices along with running coaching sessions. I come from a Strength and Conditioning background as I currently studying Strength and Conditioning for my masters degree so I would be able to train my clients with training methods and practices that professional athletes adopt for their training. Furthermore, I aim to ensure that people are getting into the best physical and mental shape possible at a low-cost and one way in which I strive to achieve this is by offering discounts on my sessions for students, NHS staff and keyworkers. All in all, my sessions are for anyone of any fitness level or experience. Beyond being a personal trainer and fitness. I'm comic-book crazy (love both Marvel and DC so I won't be picking a side :P). Here are some measures we take to increase the safety of our usersProfile assessment - Every coach who applies to list on our site goes through assessment before approval. This assessment includes background checks and qualification evaluation.
Reviews - Our community is built on transparency, therefore reviews for both clients to coaches and coaches to clients enforces this.
Fraud prevention - Our site provides the capabilities to be able to communicate with coaches through our instant messaging system and pay for sessions securely. This reduces the possibility of fraud. This minimises the possibility of becoming a victim of fraud.
Details covered - We strive for coaches to provide as much information as possible about their sport or wellness activity to ensure the user knows what a session entail.

Our zero-tolerance policy
We cannot express how important your safety is to us therefore we have implemented a strict zero-tolerance policy. If any of the below rules are found to be broken, we will take immediate action by issuing warnings and banning accounts.
Abusive behaviour - Any abuse in either verbal and physical form between coaches and clients; this includes, bullying, racism and hate speech.
Authenticity - Misrepresentation will break the trust of our community. Make sure all the details and information you provide about yourself are truthful.
Breaking Commitments – If consistent behaviour is shown in not delivering a service that was promised.
Reliability - Coaches should ensure the facilities they provide reach industry standards.
Taking clients off the platform - If a coach is found to take business off our platform their account will be immediately suspended.
Unresponsiveness – If coaches fail to communicate with clients after three warnings they will be removed from the platform.
