I am a passionate 20 years old Italian "sport coaching and development" student, at University of the West of Scotland in Ayr, studying at second year of my university path. During these first two years I have had the opportunity to achieve coaching and personal training qualifications for my future career. I am looking forward to start working in a fitness environment, to apply my knowledge and key concepts that I have been learning throughout these two years. Because of covid-19 pandemic I have delivered some 121 training sessions, in addition to posting some coaching tips on my social media profiles. I also work out every day in my garage, having got a bench, some plates, a pull up bar and a tire. My four key strengths are willingness to always learn more, knowledge about sports and fitness, great communication and ability to adapt to different circumstances

I started a collaboration with an established famous scientific page, called La Scienza in Palestra, writing scientific reviews and e-books on fitness topics, such as biomechanichs of exercise, physiology of the human body and nutrition and providing coaching advice for people who are in the community

Clients will be improving their wellness and fitness status while having fun with challenging movements. I will provide straight and simple coaching advice, explaining them how to get better also providing basic nutritional information. I will try to make them understand that fitness sessions are not something to be afraid of
