I have a passion for fitness and wellbeing and I’m highly driven when it comes to seeing others progress. I have just recently passed my Level 2 & 3 qualification in personal training with PT Academy and since then have planned two 6 week programmes for two individual clients, who both are absolutely loving it so far! I have trained for a few years myself and in that time have always enjoyed training friends and people in my network who seek help. Now I am a qualified PT I look forward to developing this into a professional career.

I have obtained three clients within two weeks of qualifying as a professional personal trainer. One 6 week online workout plan for one client and two groups of zoom one to one sessions with different clients.

Barbell up to 50kg, 5kg mini plates, resistance bands, skipping rope, yoga matt
Each client will have a personally specified workout plan depending on their goals. Usually consisting of some HIIT and cardio workouts, but mainly weight and strength training goal dependant.
