Born and raised in Essex, I spent the first 18-years of my career working in retail, battling the same dilemma so many face; how to balance work with the things you’re truly passionate about. The resultant stress and weight gain left me rethinking my path in life. Deciding to make a 180-degree change, I got heavily into fitness and from there into qualifying as a personal trainer. More than 5 years later, I haven’t looked back since. I approach fitness training with three key principles; commitment, effectiveness and fun. I am a fully certified Level 3 personal trainer through TrainFitness (formerly Fitness Industry Education). I am passionate about helping others experience the life changing effects that exercise can bring, no matter your fitness level.

PT sessions on Zoom, 45 mins in duration, using the equipment you (may or may not) have in your home, working either inside or outdoors Bespoke programming: following a questionnaire regarding your goals, experience and injuries(if any), tailored sessions will be created just for you. No generic Instagram workouts, I will be there to scrutinise your form as you work! And training exercises that you can actually do! Food diary analysis and macro/calorie advice
