I have been a Fitness Coach for 5 years now and how I became a Coach I was 17-18 and hired a PT to train me, I got the results i was after and after that I realised I want to help customers train and eat effectively instead of having a normal day job, what makes me different is I can never have a bad day at work as I’ve enjoyed every minute of being a Coach and always ensure customers are leaving the gym happy with what they’ve done so they can have a good rest of their day.
Yes, I have a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Development and Fitness, I am qualified to teach Boxing, Spin and also Circuit training I am not Body Pump qualified but thanks to Xercise4less I am capable of teaching if need be.
