I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer & Advanced Sport & Exercise Nutritional Advisor that also graduated in Sport Coaching. I have over 10 years coaching experience with people from a range of countries and backgrounds. I aim to meet the individual needs of anyone I work with by understanding their position, their journey and the journey they want to take going forward. I am adaptable in the process to make sure we continually strive to analyse and adjust where necessary to make sure we achieve our targets. I am available to provide online personal training and/or nutrition globally, or can be booked for in person coaching in Central or South East London.

Following an initial consultation to understand your goals and needs, I will design an exercise and/or nutrition plan to suit your needs based on your lifestyle, goals and time frame to achieve. We will then have scheduled check ins to ensure progress is being made and understand whether we need to make any adjustments. I will be available for continued advice throughout the process. If training in person, I will provide coaching for you in every session.
