As a personal trainer, I enjoy working with people of all fitness levels, whether it be someone who is new to training or someone who may consider themselves to be very fit or someone with an injury, I can cater to specific client requirements and goals within a tailored programme. I create individual programmes for my clients based on their goals and taking into account their lifestyle, so it will be personal to you and you will see the results you want in time and you will never receive a ‘cookie cutter’ programme. Goals can range from weight loss, strength, skill, general fitness and wellbeing as well as guidance on nutrition. I also coach group classes in strength and conditioning, functional fitness and HIIT. I love working with people in order to get them fitter and stronger, aiding them in their physical and mental health through exercise. I want people to have fun, but also learn about what they are doing and why, also how some of it will translate to what they do in everyday life outside of the gym. Expect to work hard, be kept accountable, achieve your fitness goals and have fun during the process!
