I have more than 8 years of experience as a Yoga Teacher and 3 years as a Fitness Instructor and Sports Nutritionist. Actively practice yoga, meditation, exercise, fitness and nutrition principles. I am certificated in Science of Exercise, Yoga, Sports Nutrition, Vegan Nutrition and Personal Training. Qualified to prescribe exercise and instruct in physical training, yoga and meal programs. I work in a one to one basis or group sessions of people. I have great sense of ethics and professionalism, I offer up-to-date instruction and motivate clients to attain their health and fitness goals. I am passionate, I have leadership skills and I enjoy working with a broad range of people.
