I am a Strength and Conditioning coach, Olympic weightlifting coach and now runner with experience in a number of different sports and disciplines. This includes Rugby, Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, Mountain Biking, Running, Field Hockey and Climbing. I help athletes and recreational fitness enthusiasts get stronger, fitter and more resilient.

Represented County and Eastern counties in rugby, qualified for BUCs to represent my university in Olympic Weightlifting, run multiple trail races and long-duration endurance events, Mutiple CrossFit competetions.
