I am a Strength and Conditioning coach, Olympic weightlifting coach and now runner with experience in a number of different sports and disciplines. This includes Rugby, Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, Mountain Biking, Running, Field Hockey and Climbing. I help athletes and recreational fitness enthusiasts get stronger, fitter and more resilient.

Level 2 Olympic Weightlifting Coach, Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 1 CrossFit Trainer.

Represented County and Eastern counties in rugby, qualified for BUCs to represent my university in Olympic Weightlifting, run multiple trail races and long-duration endurance events, Mutiple CrossFit competetions.

Online Coaching App and membership platform.

I offer Online Strength & Conditioning Coaching and Programming for athletes across any sport or disciplines. I also offer online coaching within Olympic Weightlifting or strength sports (including CrossFit) and Running (anywhere from beginner runners to ultra-marathons).
