Hello, I am Laura. I am a Personal trainer, Fitness Instructor, Yoga and Dance Teacher and I have been teaching classes now for 6 years. I have a degree in Dance & Choreography and love to teach dance classes in many different styles such as Latin and Bollywood. I have taught many clients 1-2-1 for Personal training and I have helped them to reach their own personal targets whether they are to improve their flexibility, lose weight or build their muscle tone. Fitness is my passion and I thoroughly enjoy motivating people within my classes to reach their targets. I believe that every client has a different approach to learning and I try to understand every client within my classes. Some need a slight nudge of encouragement and others need a big push to motivate them to reach their goals. I truly believe that fitness should be fun and I try to incorporate as much fun as possible into my classes. For me as long as you are sweating and smiling then I'm happy :)

My biggest achievements in the fitness industry are gaining a Degree in Dance and Choreography, opening a dance club in Botswana to get the children off of the streets and helping people to achieve their life long goals through Personal Training.

For me Personal training is in the title and should be completely personal to the clients needs, desires and likes. I want my clients to enjoy taking part in fitness and stay completely motivated and so I think that our sessions should be as fun as possible and include exercises that my clients enjoy. I teach many different types of fitness and so I am happy to offer a variety of different sessions such as Dance, Yoga, LBT and HIT. I also think that reaching the personal goal whether it is to gain muscle, lose weight or improve your flexibility is not just about the physical but the mental too. Therefore, I will be there the whole way to lift you when you are down, to offer guidance and give you as much support as possible.

Here are some measures we take to increase the safety of our usersProfile assessment - Every coach who applies to list on our site goes through assessment before approval. This assessment includes background checks and qualification evaluation.
Reviews - Our community is built on transparency, therefore reviews for both clients to coaches and coaches to clients enforces this.
Fraud prevention - Our site provides the capabilities to be able to communicate with coaches through our instant messaging system and pay for sessions securely. This reduces the possibility of fraud. This minimises the possibility of becoming a victim of fraud.
Details covered - We strive for coaches to provide as much information as possible about their sport or wellness activity to ensure the user knows what a session entail.

Our zero-tolerance policy
We cannot express how important your safety is to us therefore we have implemented a strict zero-tolerance policy. If any of the below rules are found to be broken, we will take immediate action by issuing warnings and banning accounts.
Abusive behaviour - Any abuse in either verbal and physical form between coaches and clients; this includes, bullying, racism and hate speech.
Authenticity - Misrepresentation will break the trust of our community. Make sure all the details and information you provide about yourself are truthful.
Breaking Commitments – If consistent behaviour is shown in not delivering a service that was promised.
Reliability - Coaches should ensure the facilities they provide reach industry standards.
Taking clients off the platform - If a coach is found to take business off our platform their account will be immediately suspended.
Unresponsiveness – If coaches fail to communicate with clients after three warnings they will be removed from the platform.
