Hey! I'm Lee and I am a Senior Wellbeing Advisor and Personal Trainer and have been working in the corporate fitness industry for over 11 years. I have always been involved with sport or fitness from a young age with football being my main sport. I enjoy working with clients and to help them reach their goals, whether it is for weight loss, getting ready for a certain event, or just general health and wellbeing. I am a Sport and Exercise graduate with a vast amount experience particularly in football but also with fitness in general. I also have some experience in the field of gait analysis in a previous job, which I have used to the clients advantage when training. I enjoy seeing clients progress and love seeing the clients become more and more confident when they reach their goals.
