Lilly aged 55years. Started with dance almost 20 years and went into fitness more 10 years ago. Many classes and also trained as a PT and Life Coach. I like the holistic approach and my interest and strengths is especially working with mid age women and people who are feeling deconditioned. I love cardio and co-ordination type stuff and exercise to music/aerobics & hand weights and love stability ball. (Can do cardio with it too! ). Can do exercises using the ball or chair. I love a holistic approach and am into nutrition and love helping ladies with that stubborn belly fat especially that menopausal/post meno belly. I am also knowledgeable on stress and sleep management.
