I am a 24 Year old Male from the UK. I have been taking part in sport since the age of 4. I have competed (at varying levels) in over 8 sports during my life. I now focus on functional resistance training (gym based or otherwise). I have trained for 6-7 years with a plethora of different modalities but my current programs follow a mixture of bodybuilding, powerlifting, plyometrics and callisthenics practices.

I am offering bespoke online personal programs and a range of “do it yourself” or “learn to lift” educational courses. The courses are designed as either a one off purchases with content that is completed in your own time, or, as a modular basis where you only progress upon completion of the previous course module. The personal programs are designed with you in mind. If you have an goal in mind already (perhaps you would like to gain muscle mass, or improve your strength). These programs will be designed with your goals in mind, tailored to you to help you achieve them at a safe and realistic timeframe. If you’re a complete novice and new to the world of fitness, a full-stack combined option is available (which includes the full educational course + a full program upon completion of the learn to lift module).
