I am a swimming coach and I have held this qualification for around 3 years. I have worked with a range of ages, from 6 months old to 60 years old. I tailor lessons in order to meet the required needs of an individual. I like to focus on skills which the individual would like to work on inn order to improve the skills and so they can become the best swimmer they can. not only do I do swimming I also create tailored fitness planned designer to meet the individuals required needs. wether that be building muscle, just staying generally fit or loosing weight. I tailor a bespoke plan for the individual to follow with training tips and exercises in order for them to achieve their goal. I have regular checks with clients in order to see how their getting on we change there plan in order to fit what they need and feel is going good and bad for them. I am a good person to have on side as I am available and ready to speak and help the individual when they need. I like people to be able to come to me and talk about their plan and what they would like to change.

level one and two swimming instructor DBS lifesaving basic safeguarding I am currently in the process of my level 3 diploma within sports coaching health and nutrition. I have work experience within making plans helping with nutrition.

within my sporting career I have achieved my swimming coach level 1 and 2 with STA I have became a first aider and learnt many skills of lifesaving in order to introduce and use within.

I will first consult with a client in order to find their main goal and what they are aiming to work on and to find out all about them their health, lifestyle fitness. I will carry out fitness tests within a gym in order to see their ability or ask them to provide me with the information. we will work on a week by week basis, and every two weeks we will schedule a call between us either video call or just a voice call in order to discuss the plan and see what we need to change and what we need to add. I will keep a track and document of the process and to see wether they are improving. most of the work will be done online - through emails, calls and video calls however depending on where the client is based I can fit in sessions where I can come to them and help them train and go through the plan. I will also be offering group fitness sessions with other clients and 121 sessions over video call at home for clients to follow this will be optional at no extra cost. each weekly session will be an hour long and they will already have the plan ready for that week. anything outside of the hour a week comes within at a no xtra cost. for younger people I offer a plan where we can work an individual area however the plan is based at the older age group.
