Physical Fitness has been an outlet for me. A medication which can treat almost anything. I was told that being physically fit saved my life, after a life altering car accident left me with more bones broken then complete. Eighteen months of rehabilitation showed me that the human body was intriguing and very unpredictable organism. It was the relationship with my doctor’s and physiotherapists that showed me the gratitude that comes with helping others. A currency I became passionate about. I was blessed with a full recovery and now the chance to help others. Not yet to the scale of Osteopath or Physiotherapist, but to help someone achieve more out of life is more rewarding than my doctors let me to believe. Loosing 80lb or the chance to walk with out support, my client’s stories I could speak about for hours. My aim continues to be to better myself and my education to one day help people on a larger more significant scale.

I’m passionate about fitness, and I hope to use my 9 years’ experience and training to help others lead healthy and fulfilling lives. I take a client-centred approach and tailor each programme to meet client goals while considering busy schedules and lifestyle.
