I am a Strength and Conditioning coach who is also studying S&C at a Masters Level at St Mary's University. My specialism is providing sport-specific S&C programming rooted in science and shaped by experience. My prior experiences include youth training, injury and pain rehab, sprint training, speed and agility for football and tennis, and general performance and nutrition.
