Hi, I’m Zahra - a personal trainer & boxing coach helping people to better themselves physically and mentally by following training plans specific to you. I offer sessions for weight loss, general fitness, S&C, and boxing. Together we will set realistic goals and targets for you and we will have regular check in’s & progress reports to make sure you’re on track throughout you’re journey. I also have 6 and 12 week transformation packages available for anybody looking to put serious effort and time into their training, to achieve some amazing results.

All personal training sessions take place over a 1 hour period and cost £30. 30 minute 1-1 boxing pad sessions are also available for £15. Prices for PT sessions will vary depending on group size - please get in touch for more info/details.
