My name is Zof, and I live in South West London. I qualified as a Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor in 2020. I am here to help you achieve your goals whether they are to do with physical fitness, improving your diet or simply getting into a healthy routine. I am approachable, understanding, motivating and love helping people feel great about themselves. Fitness has changed my life in many ways: improving my physical health and mental wellbeing and making me a happier and more confident person. If you would like help in achieving your goals, then please get in touch. I’m happy to do individual and small group classes around Wandsworth/Clapham, at times to suit you from Monday to Saturday.

I ran in the Kent Nationals 2018 I completed a 1/2 Marathon in May 2019 I played for the First Team Lacrosse at my Secondary School Completed my Personal Training & Nutritional Advisor (Level 2&3) Qualification

I can offer a variety of different exercise techniques including HIIT, Resistance Training, Weight Training, Low Impact training and Cardio Training. I will coach you in a motivational, understanding and fun way. I can be as harsh or kind as you like and will constantly keep you going even if you don't think you can.
