I am a movement specialist and a certified Pilates instructor with over 20 years experience teaching dance and for the past 8 years teaching Dynamic Pilates. I have been working with adult people of different ages and abilities using my specialisation in Pilates which has included Contrology/body awareness, clinical Pilates, post-injury treatment, posture and alignment and Pilates on Reformer Machine. My sessions are also informed by my 10 years of experience training in Somatic Release based dance techniques such as the Feldenkrais Method® and The Skinner Releasing Technique™ (SRT). These disciplines can be extremely helpful for teaching people to improve their body and mind connection, repatterning movement habits and walking techniques for people with physical motor skills affections.

I am a committed and disciplined dance instructor who has run various community dance projects receiving funding awards from the Arts Council of England, Lottery Grants and awards from local councils to deliver my projects. Due to chronic injuries, I am now dedicated to teaching Pilates and Latin American dance. I have been self-employed running my own studio for over 12 years.
