A Diploma in Haitha Yoga, Level 3 Fitness Trainer and a Pilates qualification. I also have a qualification in Seated exercise.
Three Peaks Challenge, climbing three mountains in a day. Nuclear races a muddy assault course and a few Triathlons (sprint distance)
