I started my a career as a dancer, where I trained at “The Place “ in Kings Cross. I then did my exercise to music qualification through YMCA and the fused the two together band created “Cardio Funk”. I discovered Pilates which has taken me on a different path in my fitness journey one that I find rewarding and logical to me the teacher and my students
