I am a qualified yoga teacher (British Wheel of Yoga Accredited; Yoga Alliance RYT 200) and yoga therapist for children with special needs; after completing my studies at Triyoga London and the Sivananda Ashram I then began my full- time teaching career back in 2016. I have in depth knowledge of correct postures, breathing and relaxation techniques; which I have had the opportunity to perfected and refined over the past few years. I teach Hatha , Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative classes, with particular attention given to the alignment of each pose I aim to lead the students towards deeper levels of self- awareness along with physical and mental well-being; always trying to keep the classes interesting and most of all suitable for different levels and needs.
