Let's uncover the incredible capabilities of our human bodies for strength, expression, healing and feeling. Throughout my training and work, first as a dancer and now as a yoga teacher, I seek to test, expand, enjoy and uncover the limitless possibilities within our bodies, and the amazing benefits we can take away from this practice. All the physical training I've undertaken, from capoeira to cuban ballet, informs my classes. I primarily teach Vinyasa Flow classes which breathe, twist, stretch and strengthen with an emphasis on deep understanding of the body.

I have been a professional contemporary dancer, performing on stages across the UK and beyond. I have taught and practiced yoga everywhere from a Costa Rican Jungle, to London yoga studios, on beaches and in people's kitchens.

We will move our bodies in new, different, nourishing and challenging ways, and develop your yoga practice. From an initial chat about your goals, needs, wants and ideas, we'll develop a balanced practice which we'll build on week to week, introducing new movements, positions, challenges and ideas. My classes are often dynamic, joyful and full of movement and play, but they are also about balance; I make space for a chat, a detailed demonstration or some partner work, delving deep into the intricacies of alignment and safe practice, or making space for some quiet, calm energy through meditation. Whether for a single client, or a group session for a whole workplace, sessions will be individually tailored, there will be fun, joy, calm and movement.
