Streatham, London, UK
I have been teaching yoga for 7 years, in gyms, studios, corporate, on retreats and workshops in the UK and abroad.
I like to help people implement in their life the self discipline and self enquiry that yoga teaches and love to see when their confidence and possibilities expand.
I would use the term "sporting life" instead of "sporting career" since I was never a professional sportsman... I have loved practicing many sports since I was young, always as an amateur and always with passion.
God a black belt in Quan Ki Do when I was 16 and passed a level 3 Snowboard at 52... In between, a lot of Street Basket and Rollerblading... A lot).
