Liz primarily teaches vinyasa flow, encouraging exploratory movement and bodily awareness through strong fluid flows, balanced with reflective stillness and somatic techniques for proprioception. She is trained in trauma informed yoga and incorporates wellbeing practices and yogic philosophy to offer a class for the body and mind.

I offer private 121s and small group classes based around your wellness goals. If you want to work on something specific, not yet ready for a class or are working with an injury then privates and small groups are the perfect way to get what you want out of your yoga practice. A 121 session may look different depending on what you're after, but generally we will work together to test out your ranges of motion and level, then I will design a class specific to the areas you want to work on. Offering a personable service that helps you to get better knowledge on the practice of yoga and how it can benefit you.
