I'm committed to share wisdom, science and bliss of yoga practice through group and private; face to face and online teachings. Under my tutelage you can safely explore classical, restorative, chair and nidra forms of yoga. My method and training comprise wide range of Hatha Yoga practices with a particular attention to Iyengar Yoga technique. Lets us explore Yoga together through developing bodily awareness connecting to our inner wisdom supported by spirit of curiosity towards health, abundance, peace and happiness.

The class is for people who would like to increase flexibility and strengthen their body while learning how to stay mindful from moment to moment. The class aims to unload you from daily stresses and to pacify racing mind by creating supportive, safe space and encouraging your innate curiosity. -Preparatory movements and fascia release practices -Sun Salutation / 12 body postures joined by movement/ classical and variations -Selection of standing, sitting, supine, prone postures in its various expressions: forward bends, back bends, twists, inversions, extensions. -Breath awareness and Breathing techniques -energy centres -energy locks -Yamas/ Niyamas - various yogic values
