Hi my name is Hannah, I qualified as a yoga teacher at the end of 2016 in Goa, India and I have been teaching ever since. I currently teach all over Oxford and online. My mission is to create an environment where yoga feels possible to anyone. I love to encourage people to find what works for them and feel empowered in their practice. I aim to offer an open, friendly and joyful atmosphere when teaching and I love seeing people progress on their journey. For me yoga is about creating space in our lives, it can be as much for the mind as it is for the body. In my classes I focus on helping people find more balance and stability, release tension, improve mobility, reduce pain, build strength and increase body and breath awareness. I also love offering meditation and mindfulness practices. I always offer an element of playfulness and challenge in my class, with the option to take it easy and listen to your body, encouraging you to explore movement in a way that serves you. I offer open classes in studio and online, corporate classes for businesses, classes for special events such as Hen Dos and private 1-to-1 or small group class for that more tailored approach.
