I am a Yoga Teacher based in Manchester. I have been teaching Yoga for over 5 years. I am trained in 3 different styles of Yoga that cover anything from the physical to the mental aspects of Yoga. I am also a qualified Yoga Life Coach and work with clients on a one to one basis, creating individual plans to achieve goals. I enjoy furthering myself and learning about self-help, psychology and holistic therapies. I spend my spare time walking or hiking, reading or studying. I stand out as a coach because of my adaptability and experience. I have worked within the holistic health industry for over 12 years. In that time, I have developed my knowledge at University and part-time courses.

Utilising all aspects of the system of Yoga, each client will be systematically moving and stretching their body and mind. In the process of this, they will learn techniques to work their body, develop muscles, gain flexibility, increase mindfulness, understand methods of managing stress and anxiety.
