I have been practicing Yoga for 10 years and by doing yoga it has helped me to understand the need to find some calm from a busy place and I love helping students release and de-stress. I have been into fitness and wellbeing for many years, from doing HIT workouts since my early 20s, waking up early to try and fit in a morning run. One thing I’ve realised is how important maintaining a morning routine is. I love checking in with myself, morning gratuities and momentum builds from there. I find it liberating to make that decision to push my fitness journey and committing to it. I guess this has taught me that you have to be willing to mess up/fail and that’s ok. Even on the not so great days, it has never given me a reason not to take action on my health and well being. I trained with Health and Fitness Education in 2019. When I qualified as a Yoga teacher, I hired out a room in The Picture House and taught every Saturday to an amazing group of males and females. As a group, we pushed ourselves to a new limit and my goal was to bring everyone to a place of understanding more about themselves, their body, and what the mind is capable of. I absolutely loved the feeling of bringing change and happiness to the group. It inspired me to keep pushing my dream, so I extended my yoga teaching and taught yoga after I finished my office job work. Building my relationship with them by also offering support on healthy eating. Last year, I began teaching online I decided to teach zoom classes. I designed and printed out leaflets and began dropping leaflets offering free yoga zoom classes to the local area.

Vinyasa flow classes are dynamic, we start in meditation, mobility than our flow and then we slow it down at the end. I always tell students to work with their bodies as only they know how the pose feels like.

Here are some measures we take to increase the safety of our usersProfile assessment - Every coach who applies to list on our site goes through assessment before approval. This assessment includes background checks and qualification evaluation.
Reviews - Our community is built on transparency, therefore reviews for both clients to coaches and coaches to clients enforces this.
Fraud prevention - Our site provides the capabilities to be able to communicate with coaches through our instant messaging system and pay for sessions securely. This reduces the possibility of fraud. This minimises the possibility of becoming a victim of fraud.
Details covered - We strive for coaches to provide as much information as possible about their sport or wellness activity to ensure the user knows what a session entail.

Our zero-tolerance policy
We cannot express how important your safety is to us therefore we have implemented a strict zero-tolerance policy. If any of the below rules are found to be broken, we will take immediate action by issuing warnings and banning accounts.
Abusive behaviour - Any abuse in either verbal and physical form between coaches and clients; this includes, bullying, racism and hate speech.
Authenticity - Misrepresentation will break the trust of our community. Make sure all the details and information you provide about yourself are truthful.
Breaking Commitments – If consistent behaviour is shown in not delivering a service that was promised.
Reliability - Coaches should ensure the facilities they provide reach industry standards.
Taking clients off the platform - If a coach is found to take business off our platform their account will be immediately suspended.
Unresponsiveness – If coaches fail to communicate with clients after three warnings they will be removed from the platform.
