Hi, my name is Kish and I have been teaching Yoga and Mindfulness for over ten years. I was first introduced to yoga over 20 years ago when I sustained a back injury. I noticed that through a regular yoga practice, not only did my back pain ease and I gained strength and flexibility, but that my mind felt calmer and more at peace and my sense of wellbeing increased. This inspired me to learn more and I became a teacher and now I enjoy sharing the gift of yoga and meditation with others and delight in seeing others gain the benefits in body mind and spirit.
