Yoga has been an integral part of my life for the last 5 years and greatly shaped all aspects of my life. Having been a teacher for 12 years, I noticed the worrying increase in students with anxiety and other difficulties, which they were struggling with. This inspired me to train as a children’s yoga and mindfulness teacher, which allowed me to help children overcome their everyday plights such as coping with ADHD, panic attacks etc .. This, along with my 200hour teaching practice has allowed me to share the benefits of yoga in helping people of all ages, feel better both mentally and physically.

One style of yoga that I teach, is Hatha yoga which incorporates a mixture of asanas and breathing techniques, suitable for both beginners and those wanting to build on their current practice. I also offer a more restorative yin practice, which focuses more on deeper connective tissues and is a very therapeutic practice, helping with flexibility and mobility.
