I´m a passionate yoga teacher with over 5+ years of professional experience in leading Kundalini and hatha yoga classes. Inspired by well being and slow living. Kundalini yoga arrived to my life 8 years ago and transforms it in a place to live. From strengthening my willpower and creativity, to helping me make wiser decisions. My Kundalini practice is a place of transformation. My love for yoga and desire to teach it provided me the mental clarity over the years to share this powerfull tool with the people.

Yoga is the union of the body and mind, it is both a physical and mental practice, often described as a moving meditation. A Kundalini yoga class is comprised of three parts: an opening chant (known as “tuning in”) followed by a kriya (which is a sequence of postures paired with breathing techniques), and a closing meditation or song. ... Chanting and singing are also key components of Kundalini yoga. Kundalini yoga transforms your life - from strengthening your willpower and creativity, to helping you make wiser decisions. I’ve noticed over the years many subtle benefits to practicing Kundalini yoga such as: 1. Nervous System. Strengthens your nervous system. 2. Willpower. Awakens your inner willpower right at the core of your solar plexus (Third Chakra) at the navel point. 3. Brain Power. Clears the fogginess of the mind. 4. Creativity. Awakens our inner creativity by releasing our worries about the little things and opening us up to infinite possibilities that life has to offer. 5. Compassionate Communication. open heart and we become forgiving, compassionate and non-judgmental and our lips can bless, give gratitude and kindness to all those around us. 6. Awakened Intuition. gives us the ability to pause and listen to the message behind that gut feeling. HOW I´M TEACHING KUNDALINI YOGA CLASSES? I teach one-to-one, small group, workplace and online yoga classes during the week and on weekends. I am available afternoons and evenings. I can travel to your home, workplace or other suitable space provided by you. One-off lessons, as well as, regular weekly or monthly sessions are possible. The length of class can range from 60 minutes to 2 hours. Each class is tailored to your needs, with clear verbal instruction with easy to understand demonstrations and optional hands on adjustments. You will leave feeling refreshed.
