I’m a newly graduated student from the University of Glasgow. Having just completed my undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Theology I have a keen interest in both the philosophical and physical practice of yoga. I am reaching out to share this understanding with those who may have never experienced the bliss which soundness of body and mind alignment brings to mental clarity and lifestyle. I am personally a very receptive person, I enjoy socialising and discovering new hobbies and having adventures. Spending time outdoors and settling down to watch a good film are some of my favourite ways to spend my time. I also love cooking and making new dishes to share with the people I love. I’m also a huge environmental advocate and become involved in peaceful marches and sustainable living as much as I can.

Each student requires one yoga mat and blocks are optional for additional support if at all required.
I am trained in hatha yoga, and enjoy delivering classes which flow smoothly from pose to pose. Incorporating breath work, mindfulness, and postures my students will stretch and relax the body, bringing alignment and openness to the mind. I am able to provide classes for all people’s abilities - from complete beginner to intermediate. I encourage the students in my classes to have a very individual experience of asana, checking in with their postures from the inside out to really receive the benefits of internal understanding. I am also able to provide a mindfulness and meditation section of the class each week, and am furthermore happy to incorporate specific requests into my classes. I encourage my students to make me aware of any particular areas which they wish to work on, for example, the next class to be focused on the shoulders, head, and neck.
